Penpont Ecology Services Ltd was founded in 2014 by Dee Medlicott who has been a qualified ecologist, farmer and land management advisor since 1990.  Producing over 300 reports per year we have covered some fascinating projects including the conversion of military barracks, museums, mills, entire farmyard barn conversions and Listed Building refurbishment projects.

Under the Places of Worship funding programme we have had an opportunity to undertake bat surveys at 12 beautiful churches throughout Cornwall and Devon.

We have carried out Ecological Appraisals on green and brown field sites from small private plots to residential developments of 50+ houses.

We have carried out Migratory Species surveys relating to the growing green industry of wind turbines and solar farms.

Sites have been prepared for on-going survey work throughout the summer for European Protected Species including Dormouse, Reptiles, Bats and Badgers.
